If you’re eager to start sewing, this three-week series is just the perfect class for you! In just three sessions, you’ll learn all of the basic machine sewing skills and how to cut and pin while having fun making a pillowcase, a reversible tote bag, and a zipper bag with lining.
Materials: The pillowcase requires one 2/3 yard and one 1/3 yard of two coordinating cotton fabrics. The reversible tote requires two 1/2 yards of coordinating cotton fabrics, 1.25 yards of webbing, and coordinating thread. The zipper bag requires two 1/2 yards of coordinating cotton fabric, one 16”inch regular zipper, and coordinating thread.
Skill Level: Newbie
Sessions: This class meets on Monday, May 1, 8, & 15, 7:00pm – 9:00pm.

From there, you’ll find project based classes of varying skill levels, skill classes that focus on particular techniques, serger classes, and more. Experienced sewist can start with a project class that interests them and matches their skill level.
